This 8 week program is designed for those who stand all day by helping to reduce foot and lower limb fatigue, ease common aches, and build stronger support from the ground up through targeted strengthening, mobility, balance, and release work. With three guided sessions each week, you will follow a clear progression to improve muscular endurance in the feet and lower limb, reduce tension from long hours on hard surfaces, to allow you to move through your shifts with more comfort and lower limb stability.

COURSE LENGTH

8 weeks / 3 times per week
The course follows a clear progression to build strength and endurance in the feet and lower limbs, helping reduce fatigue and discomfort from long hours of standing on hard surfaces.

EQUIPMENT

Mini roller, mini ball, toe band, strength bands, a step and box/chair.

These simple tools are used throughout the program to support strengthening, mobility, balance, and release work, making the sessions easy to follow at home.

TARGETING

Strengthening, balancing, mobilisation and release work.

This program is designed for people who stand all day and experience foot or lower limb fatigue. The exercises target strengthening, balance, mobilisation, and release work to improve comfort, stability, and overall lower limb support during long shifts.
