This 8 week Metatarsalgia program is designed to ease forefoot discomfort by reducing overload through the ball of the foot, improving toe and arch support, and restoring better foot mechanics through targeted strengthening, mobility, balance, and release work. With three guided sessions each week, you will follow a clear progression to improve load tolerance in the forefoot, reduce pressure and tension, and build stronger, more stable movement patterns for long term comfort in walking, standing, and training.

COURSE LENGTH

8 weeks / 3 times per week
The course follows a clear progression to improve forefoot load tolerance, support the arch and toes, and reduce ongoing strain during daily movement and exercise.

EQUIPMENT

Mini roller, mini ball, toe band, strength bands and bean bag.

These simple tools are used throughout the program to support strengthening, mobility drills, balance training, and release work, making sessions easy to follow at home.

TARGETING

Strengthening, balancing, mobilisation and release work.

This program targets toe and arch control, forefoot load management, ankle and foot mobility, balance, and release work to reduce forefoot pressure and improve comfort and stability over time.
