This 8 week program is designed to aid in the support flat feet by building stronger arches, improving alignment, and restoring efficient foot mechanics through targeted strengthening, mobility, balance, and release work. With three guided sessions each week, you will follow a clear progression to activate key muscles groups, reduce overuse tension, and improve mind-muscle control through the feet and ankles for long term comfort and confidence in daily movement.

COURSE LENGTH
