Build stronger, more supportive arches with this 8 week program designed to improve foot control, intrinsic strength, ankle stability, and balance. Through three guided sessions each week, you will start with gentle mobilisation and release work, then progress into arch activation, control drills, calf and shin strengthening, and balance based movement. Each session is designed to help you better support your arch during standing, walking, and daily movement, so you can move with more confidence and comfort.

COURSE LENGTH

8 weeks / 3 times per week
Through three guided sessions each week, you will build arch strength, improve foot control, and develop better stability for standing, walking, and everyday movement.

EQUIPMENT

Mini ball, mini roller, strength band, and a chair or wall for support.

Use simple tools to help improve foot control, reinforce strength, and support better balance and movement.

TARGETING

Toe control, arch strength, ankle stability, calf and shin strength, balance and walking mechanics.

Each session combines gentle mobility, activation, strengthening, and balance work to help you build stronger, more supportive arches and improve the way your feet function in daily life.
