Using the Toe Spacers
- Put both toe spacers on.
- Stretch your toes out fully, then relax.
- Repeat.

Using the Big Toe Band
- Put both feet flat on the floor.
- Place the band around each big toe.
- Slowly separate your feet until there is tension on the band.
- Repeat this motion.
